Delighted to have won The Valuer of the Year Award at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2019 this month.
This is the second time of winning the award and is testament to the Judges recognition of the huge contribution i have made to the principles of valuation in leasehold reform cases which have become established over the past 25 years.
The prize also recognised the duty of care I go to in order to achieve set goals for my clients based on painstaking research, insightful analysis of comparables and commitment to the client regarded by other professionals in my field as second to none.
